i bought a weapon in the primary weapon category but when i go to customization and i want to equip that weapon, i can't find it.. I can only choose for the premade category. Please help!

you have to purchase the receiver then muzzle then barrel etc... with GP or Zen.

Try a youtube search for Blacklight Retribution weapon customization. Some of the videos shows the CB, but still the same concept.
