It's called, "Cope with it." I have a ping of 200+ a lot of the time and I still do good.

well 60 ms is pretty good. I have around 80-90 and its playable .When u have around 160 like i have on US things start going bad, some shots not registering ...do u get good fps ? that might affect ur game

I got about 200 ms all the time and I am not lagging... It depends on the fps more than on ms.

@OP: Like others have said, with a 60 ping chances are it's FPS lag. Try lowering the game's settings. Check to see if you have downloads running or torrents seeding. It could be related to your anti virus/ firewall as well.

200 fps is the definition of lagging. Just because you're not warping all over the place doesn't mean that you aren't lagging. You're .2 seconds behind everyone else at any one time.

I'm used to getting 10-20 ping, and 60+ makes a huge difference. Try uninstalling Pando Media Booster, but keep the installation file, you'll need it to update.
How far are you from the BLR servers? East server is in NYC, I'm not sure where the EU servers are.
Run a registry clean (preferably using CCleaner), obsolete keys may be bogging your computer down.

MS, not FPS... unless you meant to say 200 FPS is not the definition of lagging...

ye i manualy stop proces trees, etc.
i do run CCLeaner, i have Nothing Running while Gaming. afaik.
i was told though at one time to "Downgrade" to Windows XP Pro .... less sys resources being used (?)
i have made exceptions is firewall, even had it turned off.
my pando media booster is 32 bit i tired to find a 64bit but the download link for that was totally different when i got "into" the link,.. so idk
i have a windows 7 64 bit OS.
all things are Manually "updated" weekly to monthly (drivers etc)
i have Game Settings at their Lowest, i cant change anything through my Nvidia, as i cant find the BLR.exe just the "Core.exe"

Firstly, find out your fps min max avg.
If they're all okay, someone may be connecting to your network other than you.
If you're network is wireless, it may be getting hiccups, connect to LAN for intense FPS online games.
Especially if you live in an apartment or close to other wireless users.. not a good idea if you're competitive.
Firewall could be effing with it, I dunno, I don't use firewalls.
If you're ping is good (60) then it's something else interfering with it.
I've seen people in game with 48 ms ping but literally teleporting on screen, most likely their bandwidth is getting eaten somewhere,
not 100% entirely sure.
