Common issues:

Crash during patching:

Try rebooting and running the update again. Systems with less than 2GB of RAM may have trouble patching(and playing) the game.

Play button not appearing:

when i start the launcher it opens up my internet manager and it tries to download the game even though i already downloaded what can i do?

i used to not be able to play cuz the game crashed every few seconds. just now, i was able to play a full game with no problems--then suddenly, it crashed again. now when i click on the launcher from my desktop all it does is get stuck at "loading. please wait....."

I did everything you said for the last suggestion. I replaced all of the files and renamed everything. After trying to press play again, the files returned back to their original state and the .bak and .ini files came back. I still don't know what to do because I followed the suggestion step by step, please write back when you get a chance, please and thank you.

This is my first time playing a game by perfect world.... so i am a little confused. when ever i start the launcher up it' gets to [Play Now] then i click it. but then it shuts down and then i get an APPCRASH report for the game. any way i can fix that?

Hello I'd really like to play this game my issues have to go with when I click the launcher the game doesn't read in the task manger nor does it start up. Now Ive followed the solution for this problem and I did it myself, and then I had a friend do it and still no luck please I'd like to get rid of this issue! (

hi guys so when i click launch game , it just disappears and this error shows up when i paste coming

Well when i click on play, it gives me an error message that BLACKLIGHT RETRIBUTION has stopped working.

I have just downloaded the game and it has patched which took forever.
And now when i want to play this then this happens.

Is there a solution to this ?
